The Cloud data processing SoC is an encryption SoC for big data based. This SoC can be used for network real-time data encryption and file real-time encryption.

● This SoC can be used in clusters. Single cluster supports 24 chips. Any number of clusters can be selected for a single computing system.
● Provide cluster computing board: single board supports 2 clusters, 2 Gigabit Ethernet interface.
● The chip core voltage: 0.85v ~ 1.20V (dynamically adjustable)
● Chip working current (During operation ): maximum 10A, typical 5A
